Every listing goes through a multi-step verification process including document verification, owner KYC, and on-ground checks where applicable. Only verified listings go live.
Can I find roommates on Livana Eco?
Absolutely. Our roommate matching algorithm helps you find compatible flatmates based on lifestyle, preferences, and budget.
What is the Vibe feature?
Vibe is a unique Livana Eco feature that lets you send a spark to someone interesting - usually the opposite gender - in a fun, flirty way. It means you are open to living together. No awkward messages, just a simple Vibe. If they Vibe back, it's a mutual match and you can take it forward. It's all about positive vibes and finding someone you genuinely connect with.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Deposit terms are decided by the landlord/broker. Livana Eco promotes zero-deposit options wherever available, but it depends on the individual listing.
