1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Livana Eco mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Livana Eco ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are a resident of India or authorized to use rental services in India
  • All information provided during registration is accurate and complete
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your account password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not create multiple accounts or impersonate others

4. Platform Usage

Livana Eco provides a platform for:

  • Listing and discovering rental properties
  • Connecting tenants with compatible roommates through the Vibe feature and roommate matching
  • Facilitating communication between tenants, landlords, and property brokers
  • Showcasing verified rental listings

We act as an intermediary platform and are not a party to any rental agreements made between users. All rental terms, deposits, and agreements are solely between the involved parties.

5. Vibe Feature & User Conduct

The Vibe feature allows users to express interest in living together. By using this feature:

  • You agree to interact respectfully with other users
  • Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited
  • You consent to sharing your basic profile information with matched users
  • A mutual Vibe does not constitute a binding commitment to live together

6. Listing Verification & Content

While we strive to verify listings, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of property information. Property owners and brokers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all property details are accurate and up-to-date
  • Obtaining necessary approvals and permissions to list the property
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Responding to tenant inquiries in a timely manner

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Post fake, misleading, or fraudulent listings
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content without authorization
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform
  • Solicit other users for purposes unrelated to rental housing

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Livana Eco or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Livana Eco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to use the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes via the Platform or by other communication means. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
